Sara De Bondt is a Belgian graphic designer, publisher, researcher, and educator. Her typographic, content-driven design work spans visual identities, exhibition graphics, and publications for cultural institutions including the Wellcome Collection, Shanghai Biennale, and Book Works, alongside past commissions for Tate, WIELS, and the Barbican. In 2008, she co-founded the independent publishing imprint Occasional Papers with Antony Hudek.

De Bondt obtained her PhD from Ghent University / KASK & Conservatorium in 2024, with research into Belgian graphic design history that culminated in the exhibition and book Off the Grid: Histories of Belgian Graphic Design (2022). She now teaches at KASK & Conservatorium in Ghent and is a postdoctoral researcher at ECAL/HES-SO in Renens, Switzerland. She has been a member of the Alliance Graphique Internationale (AGI) since 2017.
